Trinity has a strong commitment to servicing the loans that it originates. This commitment grows out of a belief that both borrower and lender are best served by our continuing contribution to the borrower-lender relationship.

Trinity began servicing loans in June of 1996 with five servicing correspondents, a $96,000,000.00 portfolio, and a servicing staff of one.  The servicing portfolio has since grown to over $950,000,000.00 with nineteen servicing correspondents and three servicing professionals.
