Trinity Real Estate Finance, Inc. is a privately held, locally owned, Texas-based mortgage banking firm.  With corporate roots extending back into the mid-1970s in Texas, Trinity has operated as an independent mortgage company since 1996.  Trinity personnel have originated loans throughout the country for more than thirty years.  

With offices in San Antonio and Austin, Trinity originates and services mortgage loans on all types of income producing real estate.  We have financed projects from California to Virginia to meet client needs, with a particular focus on the Texas markets.

Our staff includes five full time production professionals who are backed by an exceptional team of analysts and loan closers.  Our servicing staff handles a growing portfolio of loans on behalf of nineteen life insurance company and pension fund correspondents.
